Recipe AND HOW TO MAKE Panada

Leather Material Recipes Panada:
8 grams of instant yeast
• 100 ml of warm coconut milk
• 150 grams of flour Mount Bromo

How to Make Panada:
1. Mix the yeast, warm milk, and flour Mount Bromo. Stir until blended.

• 500 grams of flour Train Kencana
• 100 grams of sugar
• 5 grams of salt
2 whole eggs, lightly beaten
½ tbsp flavoring
225 ml thick coconut milk
• 2 liters of oil for frying

2. Combine flour Train Kencana, sugar, salt, and eggs, and flavorings. Enter the number 1 batter. Knead while pouring coconut milk little by little until the dough is not attached to the hand and smooth.
3. The dough formed a large circle, place in bowl, cover with a damp towel or piece of plastic.
4. Allow 30 minutes to rise. For a 14-15 spheres.

Material Content:
• 500 grams of tuna meat
Water 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 50 ml coconut milk from 1 coconut
• 2 lbr pandan leaves, thinly sliced
• 6 lbr lime leaves, cored, thinly sliced
• 50 grams of basil leaves, sliced
• 2 lbr lemongrass leaves, thinly sliced
2 pieces of tomatoes, chopped
• 3 tablespoons oil for sauteing

Spices that are:
8 pieces of red chilli
• 5 pecan pieces, fried
• 1 teaspoon minced ginger
10 pieces of red onion
8 pieces Garlic
• 1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar

How to Make:
1. Marinate fish fillets with lemon juice or tamarind juice. Let ± 0 minutes.
2. Grilled or steamed until cooked. Take the meat.
3. Saute the spices until fragrant. Enter the leaves and tomato slices. After wilting, enter the milk and meat of fish. Cook until completely cooked and dry. Remove and let cool.
