Recipe AND HOW TO MAKE Bolu Steam Roll

Steamed Bolu Roll Recipe Ingredients:
• 4 item Eggs
• 100 grams of sugar
• 5 grams of brown pasta
• 5 grams of cake emulsifier
• 90 grams of flour Wheels Blue
• 20 grams of corn flour
2 grams Vanilla
• 100 grams of liquid margarine

Materials Embellishments:
• 75 grams of Cherry Red
• 100 grams of Butter cream

Materials Embellishments:
• 200 grams of Chocolate compound
• 75 grams of margarine

How to Make Steamed Roll Bolu:
1. Beat eggs, sugar, brown pasta, and cake emulsifier until fluffy and stiff.
2. Sift the flour, cornstarch, and vanilla; put the dough on top. Stir well.
3. Enter liquid margarine. Stir well.
4. Pour batter into baking pan 24x24 cm (so 2 pan) that has been smeared with white shortening and covered with baking paper.
5. Langseng steamed (in which the water is boiling) for ± 20 minutes.
6. Remove, remove it from the mold, then polish with a custard filling and roll.

Material Vla:
• 200 grams of liquid coconut milk
• 20 grams of cornstarch
• 80 grams of sugar
• 2 grams of salt
1 whole egg
2 grams Vanilla

How to Make Vla:
Mix all ingredients and cook, stirring constantly until thickened (bubbling).
